The Toister Ranch is a family owned and operated enterprise founded in 1890 at the Ayn Zaitim village in the Northern Galilee, close to the historic city of Safed. Eliezer Toister and his wife Miriam brought the company to the Golan Heights in 1972 to continue the rich tradition of estate produced Israeli olive oil. Eliezer enhances the proud family tradition of expertise in olive oil extraction and bottling with his extraordinary agricultural acumen. Today he raises more than 4000 choice olive trees on the rich volcanic soil of the Golan Heights. The traditional Israeli cultivars include Suri, Manzanillo and Nabali, while the introduction of Mediterranean cultivars like Pikual, Pishulin and Koroniki provide an important extra dimension to the product line. The result is an Olive Oil of remarkable taste and aroma, favored by olive oil lovers throughout Israel.
